В соответствии с решением подкомиссии по тарифным вопросам от 09.12.2008 в целях сохранения объемов экспортных перевозок строительных грузов с 10.12.2008 по 31.03.2009 применять дополнительный коэффициент 0,8 на экспортные перевозки (в том числе в Российскую Федерацию) следующих грузов:
минерально-строительное сырье, минерально-строительные материалы поз. ГНГ 2504, 2506, 2508, 2511, 2512, 2518, 2521, 2525, 2529, 2530;
галька, гравий, щебень или дробленый камень поз. ГНГ 2517. Пески природные всех видов поз. ГНГ 2505;
каолин и глины каолиновые ГНГ 2507. Асбест ГНГ 2524. Шлаки, зола ГНГ 2618-2621. Мел ГНГ 2509. Гипс ГНГ 2520. Известь ГНГ 2522;
мрамор ГНГ 2515. Гранит ГНГ 2516. Вата минеральная силикатная, шлаковата ГНГ 6806. Изделия из гипса ГНГ 6809. Изделия из цемента ГНГ 6810. Кирпич строительный ГНГ 6904. Кирпич огнеупорный ГНГ 6902. Плиты для мощения ГНГ 6907, 6908;
портландцемент, цемент, клинкеры цементные ГНГ 2523.
Дополнительный коэффициент применять на экспортные перевозки указанных строительных грузов, рассчитываемых по Тарифной политике СНГ и Прейскуранту №10-01 РЖД.
Примите к исполнению. Инструктируйте причастных.

АО «НК «Қазақстан темір жолы» сообщает, что при перевозке грузов через новый железнодорожный участок Шар-Новоустькаменогорск соответствии с приказом Агентства Республики Казахстан по регулированию естетственных монополий от 10 ноября 2008 года нр 344-ОД утвержденны тарифы на регулируемые услуги железнодорожных путей с объектами железнодорожного транспорта по договорам концессии АО «Досжан темир жолы», с введением в действие с 1 декабря 2008 года (в тенге за 1 тонну без учета НДС не зависимо от принадлежности вагонов).

В связи с поступающими запросами по телеграмме от 10.12.2008 №21-07-23/26006 о применении дополнительного коэффициента 0,8 при расчете тарифа за перевозки экспортных строительных грузов разъясняется.
Коэффициент 0,8 применяется на перевозки повагонными и контейнерными отправками.
При расчете тарифа по Прейскуранту №10-01 РЖД коэффициент 0,8 применяется к конечной рассчитанной провозной плате в российских рублях (с учетом всех составляющих).
Примите к исполнению. Инструктируйте причастных
